December 19, 2022 – Cavan Gregory Kelly, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 63. Cavan was a valued Executive Board member for UFCW Canada, Local 864.

Halifax – December 2, 2022 – As part of the UFCW Canada - Eastern Provinces Council’s commitment to advancing the educational goals of young members, the union offers a scholarship program that provides 11 bursaries to local youth to aid in their studies. Moncton, N.B. – October 28, 2022 – UFCW 1288P members in New Brunswick working across several Shannex Long-Term Care locations for Compass Group ratified a new collective agreement that secures their future over the next three years.
