UFCW Eastern Provinces Council wishes to extend our gratitude to Local 864 member Michael Basque for his help in the fight for fair workplace treatment.
Michael, who has been a member of the Potlotek Fisheries since 2003, has been assisting our staff with organizing Indigenous workplaces within Cape Breton, including the Potlotek Fisheries, Potlotek Education, Membertou Fisheries and the Eskasoni Health Centre.
