On Sunday, October 26, UFCW Eastern Provinces Council members and staff took part in the Light the Night walk hosted by the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, Atlantic Region in Halifax.
This annual event is something our members and staff look forward to each and every year as we come together to help combat the suffering of individuals afflicted with blood cancers.
Altogether, $701,885 was raised to fight back against blood cancers, a number which will continue to grow until December 31, 2025.
